The Artist's personal journey continues. That new journey had started with some words entering her head one day as she was searching for the next step in her life in the midst of her mid-life crisis – ‘Art Therapy’. What on earth was that?’ She wondered…She had never heard of it… nevertheless, she listened to the inner voice and found out more about it, bringing goose bumps to her skin when she found out about transpersonal Art Therapy: for the context, Hélène had always loved studying and already had 3 degrees. She had wanted to study again but had not been able to find a single thing that would light a spark in her in the midst of her crisis. Finally: Yes, this was it… she knew it was – and just as a matter of coincidence, the only course available in WA once a year just happened to start 2weeks later…Hélène had learnt to recognise the signs of when the Universe was talking to her…when she was being guided…she embarked on the new journey.

This series is about the Artist allowing herself to feel again to the level of her natural intensity.
